It is up to the user to periodically check and familiarize himself or herself with the recent Terms and Conditions. If any client does not comply with the new Terms and Condition modifications, his or her service will be terminated.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR THE DATA AND CONTENT TRANSMITTED THROUGH OR TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY STORED ON OUR NETWORK OR ANY SERVER AND FOR THE ACTIONS OR OMISSION OF USERS.
PACKAGES AND PAYMENT
All packages for products and services sold by VPN Blocker are subject to change with or without notice, this includes but not limited to (a) prices (b) features. We accept payments through PayPal, It is your responsibility to manage and maintain any monthly subscriptions you make to our service. Due to the nature of our digital service all sales are final, no refunds will be issued. A Chargeback or PayPal Dispute will result in immediate termination of all services associated under your account.
RESELLING
Our products and services may not be resold or re-hosted without explicit written permission from the VPN Blocker Administration.
SHARING AND DISTRIBUTING
Our products and services may not be shared or distributed online or in person to any individual(s), organization(s) or subsidiaries under any circumstances. This includes displaying the data supplied by our API service publicly for a given user input with the intent of undermining our operations. Any and all individual(s), organization(s) or each subsidiary of an organization that would like to make use of our product and/or service must purchase the appropriate license / api key where necessary.
PROHIBITED USE
Our products and services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Our services may not be used for the purpose of data farming or data harvesting.
SPAMMING
If your IP address is caught spamming our services or API’s it will be null routed, please cache all API requests to prevent this from occurring! Although we do not enforce rate limits on our premium API service, please send a reasonable amount of API queries per second. In the event your IP address is blocked and you would like it unblocked to continue using our services an administrative fee of $50 USD will be applied.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold VPN Blocker, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, obligations, liabilities, cost, debt or demands and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees), made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your Guests activities, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

(b) VPN BLOCKER WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN THE SERVICE, HOWEVER, VPN BLOCKER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, CUSTOMER INFORMATION OR VENDOR DATA, REVENUE, OR OTHER HARM TO BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF DELAYS, MISDELIVERY OR NONDELIVERY OF INFORMATION, RESTRICTION OR LOSS OF ACCESS, BUGS OR OTHER ERRORS, UNAUTHORIZED USE DUE TO YOUR SHARING OF ACCESS TO THE SERVICE, OR OTHER INTERACTION WITH THE SERVICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND BACKING-UP YOUR DATA AND INFORMATION THAT MAY RESIDE ON THE SERVICE. VPN BLOCKER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
